This is a life booster in the morning. Bananas’ health benefits are over the top: they are rich in fibre (pectin and resistant stretch), that is all about digestion and moderate blood sugar levels to reduce appetite. Bananas support heart health and weight loss, they are filling and delicious as well. Ginger is one of the healthiest spices on the planet, wakes your body up, helps sore muscles and immune system.

Choose very ripe banana! The one with a few brownish spots etc. They are the sweetest ones.
