I would never recommend cooking in a microwave but if you do, make this 1 minute guilt-free Protein Cake! Burning that belly/hips fat with cakes…what else is there to dream about?
1 scoop of Protein Powder
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 medium egg
2 tsp milk (if too thick)
1.Mix All the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Microwave for 1 minute.
3. Add Topping and Enjoy!
I love it with Cinnamon (using Cinnamon Swirl protein), with NiceCream or as doughnuts topped with Quark for an extra portion of Protein. Experiment!
