Date Paste.


After having dates sat in my kitchen draw for some time I decided to give them a better life in this quite known date paste – it is quick and easy and it is a natural sweet treat to add to your yoghurt or cottage cheese… or oats, or protein pancakes, or Rye Bread toast… or anything.  


Pitted Dates


1.Blend dates adding a bit of water (depending on an amount of dates it is approx. ½ glass) when you want to make it smoother.2

You can add cinnamon powder if you would like to give it a bit of that sparkle.

That’s it. Keep in your fridge, best in a pre-steamed jar and consume within two weeks.
