Homemade Pasta Dough

Who loves pasta? Well, it would be easier to list people who do not love pasta. Because that list would be empty, at least I have never met anyone that insane.

Pasta, of any kind and condition, is also my favourite cheat meal. I enjoy it so much, I do am trying not to eat it because I get instantly addicted and cannot stop and cheat meal turns into cheat week(s).

It always surprised me that people think it is hard and too long to cook fresh homemade pasta. This is completely wrong. Freshly made pasta tastes so delicious and is quick and easy to make.

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon of salt

1,5 cups of all-purpose flour

Place flour in a bowl and dig a hole in a middle.

Put eggs there and add salt.

Mix with a fork. Once mixed, start mixing with your hands on the kitchen surface, add more flour to make it less sticky and more smooth.

Once dough can form a ball, on a floured clean counter knead the dough for about 5 minutes.

Wrap in plastic wrap and set aside to rest or keep in refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
