Low-Carb Protein Brownies

IMG_6235These will make you very happy on a protein load diet and super shredding. I have made them on my first shredding day and enjoyed with a glass of fat free kefir. Things like this take no time to make and leave you feeling as if you had a cheat-meal.

Also, I decided to use separate baking cups though I would recommend baking them in thin squares like normal brownies.




1/4 cup coconut flour (coconut flakes will do the trick too)

1/4 cup chocolate whey protein powder

3/4 cup liquid egg whites

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

stevia (or sweetener of your choice)

1/2 almond milk (soy/hazelnut will taste good too)


  1. Pre-heat oven to 160C
  2. Blend all the ingredients
  3. Bake 30-35 mins


Depending on your diet you can also top them with some healthy ice cream, peanut butter or melted chocolate…
