This is ridiculously simple and delicious dish, which takes no time to be made.
Chose the cheese you love – I like these with goat’s cheese or gorgonzola. When on Low carb& low-fat diet you can use protein cheese and enjoy it guilt-free.
Giant mushroom cups
- Pre-heat oven to 190C.
- Wash the mushrooms, stuff them with ingredients and seasoning
- Bake for 25-30 mins
- Serve with some fresh salad or ruccola
