500g plain fat free quark
300g extra low fat cream cheese
4 scoops of Protein mousse
Passion fruit (or topping of your choice)
- Preheat the oven to 180C
- Mix quark, cream cheese and protein mouse until super smooth
- Place in a baking dish and add some passion fruit on the top, mix it in the upper layer of the cheesecake
- Bake on a middle shelf for 30 minutes. Top with passion fruit/berries when chilled.
