Tofu and Celery Soup

unnamedThis is a perfect soup for lunch or dinner when you are after and weight/fat loss. Tofu gives you an essential protein and celery as well as celeriac is a great fat-burner. It is also quick and easy to make and tastes wonderful. Also, I usually add Celeriac, or just replace Celery with it – it gives an intense flavour and works perfectly fine.

100 gm Tofu

50 gm Celery (just use about 3-4 sticks)

50 gm Leek

200-300 ml water or veggies stock

2-3 cloves of Garlic

Salt/Paper/Olive oil

Cut everything into reasonable size pieces (it will be blended in the end) and:

  1. Add garlic to a heated frying pan with olive oil.
  2. Add Leek and Celery and wait until softened
  3. Shit is all to a deep pan, add water or stock, add seasoning and leave for 10-15 heating but not boiling.
  4. Add Tofu.
  5. Blend it all with a blender.
